Born in Florida in 1972, Linda grew up in Branchburg, NJ after her family moved there in 1980. She attended Immaculata High School in Somerville, NJ and graduated from Somerville High School, where she was on the track and tennis teams. Linda began her collegiate studies at Arizona State University, and later received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University. Linda also received a Master of Arts in Health Communications from Tufts University School of Medicine/Emerson College, where she studied Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
Throughout her adult life and working career, Linda lived and worked in many places including Boston, Chicago, New York City, Columbus, Ohio; and Scottsdale, Arizona; but in her heart, New Jersey was always her home. Linda was an energetic and motivated business professional, working primarily in Medical Education and IT Project Management consulting companies. Linda worked with leading pharmaceutical companies to develop communication programs for new drug launches, and worked on information technology improvement programs. She took great pride in her strong organizational, analytical, and personal relationship skills. She often received glowing recommendations from her clients, and received awards for outstanding achievement.
Linda is predeceased by her father Richard; and is survived by her mother Marlene; brother Kevin; brother Michael, his wife Jennifer, and their daughter Allison; and sister Kathleen Hartner, her husband Scott, and their daughters Julia and Caroline. Linda had a contagious smile, laughed often, and cherished family and dear friends. She gave very generously to many charities, and genuinely enjoyed giving.
