Gabrielle (“Gaby”) Joli-Coeur Harvey passed away peacefully in her home with in the arms of her husband and 2 sons on Sunday, January 13, 2013. She was born December 21, 1930 in Québec City, Canada. She was the daughter of Achille and Marie-Paule Langelier Joli-Coeur. A twin she was one of 12 brothers and sisters.
An avid traveller she has lived most of her life in New Jersey and in Bridgewater Township for the last 31 years. She graduated from École Saints-Martyrs-Canadiens in Québec City and was a loving mother, grandmother and devoted wife. Gaby was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church and devoted member of the Bridgewater Woman’s Club.
Gaby is survived by her husband, James Harvey; two sons Michael and his wife Dana Harvey of Bridgewater, New Jersey and Paul and his wife Colleen Harvey of London England and; three sisters Germaine, Julie and Therese; five brothers Gustav, her twin Paul, Henri, Jacques and Andre; and six grandchildren Christopher, Andrew, Bryan, Mary-Catherine, Lucy and Victoria.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville at 11 am on Saturday, January 19 and will be conducted by Father Charles Sabella. Entombment will be at St Bernard Cemetery.
